Having gained the relevant approvals for itsu at Heathrow Terminal 5, Chadwell successfully carried out a series of shopfitting alterations to the serving and seating areas as specified by the client.
The scope included the transportation of materials and high-level access equipment to the site, along with an understanding of working within the environmental parameters and guidelines.
Our works comprised the installation of additional shelving, the fitting of serviceable ventilation grilles, the removal and replacement of the itsu storyboard, the realignment of the high-level signage and the removal and installation of new Foamex lettering to the service counter.
All works were undertaken during Airport engineering hours with minimal disruption, allowing the restaurant to open on time the following morning.
